The best of both worlds! This is an extension of Web Ticket Support. If you have the Skype or MSN software installed on your computer or laptop you can contact us between 9h30 - 12h00 and 13h00 - 16h00 for quicker response on your HR question. Utilizing this industry-standard software makes for quick turn-around times - you'll be impressed! Response times are as effective as Phone support with the exception of availability -if we are unable to take your Skype/MSN message or to resolve it within reasonable live time we will respond via your Web Ticket Support interface and send you an Email and SMS as well, all within the normal response period.

This is the physical location where a ChilliHR Professional (consultant) will consult with you, either at your business premises or other location you require.
Onsite consultations are normally needed where Web or Phone support would be inadequate.
Our first 1 hour induction consultation is free, during this consultation we will discuss your HR requirement and lay the grounds for our future business relationship.
